Jan. 8-10, 2015
Millennium Biltmore Hotel
The 25th Annual Osteopathic Medical Education Leadership Conference (OME XXV) will take place Jan. 8-10 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California. The conference is designed to be a forum for educators and leaders in osteopathic medical education to come together to exchange information and ideas. OME XXV will be robust, informative, and tailored to address new exciting opportunities for the osteopathic medical profession. Some of the main goals for the upcoming conference are to remain relevant, progressive, and responsive to change.
The conference is typically attended by deans of colleges, OPTI officers, hospital and college administrators, directors and administrative directors of medical education, residency program directors and specialty college representatives. During OME XXV, AACOM will be sponsoring an Emerging Leaders Brunch, where selected osteopathic medical students and residents can hear from current leaders in the field regarding emerging issues and future opportunities for leadership. The conference is also part of the cluster concept and is held in conjunction with the CME Sponsors Conference. Attendees will benefit from obtaining up to 14.5 AOA Category 1-A CME credits.
Registration for the conference will open in fall 2014.
